Are your toys brand new?


Yes and No has to be the answer, because we test every single item to ensure its in full working order there will be evidence that the item has been removed from its packaging. Some items have no original packaging however we only sell items that are in an "as new condition" some items will have slight scuffs or marks from building, scooters and trikes inevitably will show signs from testing, remote control cars will have been driven to test, The Discount Den only sell items we deem to be of great quality. We do also sell items that will show use or have signs of heavy use, they will be priced accordingly and will be described as used in the listing.




Is there a guarantee with your products


All products are tested so you shouldnt find issues with them, however sometimes things go wrong and we are here to help as much as possible, we offer a 30 day repair, replace or refund policy as standard. some items, such as hoverboards have extended warrantys for 60 days.




Can you post?


Yes all items can be posted, our standard post is a 3-5 day service and will be dispatched within 48 hours by us. if you need items quicker please contact us and we can arrange alternative options subject to cost and availibility.
